Akemona Unveils Tokenization Cloud for Financial Institutions

Akemona, builder of a compliant digital asset infrastructure, has introduced its Tokenization Cloud, a platform designed to help financial institutions and businesses adopt digital assets in a compliant and scalable way.
Akemona’s Tokenization Cloud prepares institutions for these changes by offering a full infrastructure for managing the lifecycle of digital assets — from creation and issuance to settlement, trading, and reporting. Built as a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), it integrates Web3 APIs, smart contracts, compliance tools, and orchestration services in a secure environment suitable for enterprise needs.
The platform also supports Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, including the Investor Portal, Issuer Hub, Admin App, Escrow Manager, and OnchainTA. These modules allow institutions to issue and manage tokenized funds, structured products, and other financial instruments. The Issuer Hub, for example, enables tokenized wrappers for ETFs and other securities, combining traditional and blockchain-based offerings.
Compliance features such as KYC/AML checks, investor eligibility rules, and whitelist management are built into the system. Institutions can choose between traditional settlement rails and stablecoin-based options.
