Armstrong’s comment came after a post by Coinbase Institutional Strategic Advisor John D’agostino.
In a post, D’agostino argued that the crypto market remains strong despite volatility and sharp shifts in investor sentiment.
D’agostino emphasized that even in a bear market, cryptocurrency infrastructure continues to evolve, highlighting factors such as faster cryptocurrency payments, increased institutional investor participation, clearer regulation, increased ETF flows, and nation-state-level involvement.
